Freedom Bootcamp is back to celebrate Melbourne's freedom, get you back on track post lockdown and ready for Christmas!
- 7 weeks of fun and invigorating Bootcamp.
- 45 minute outdoor training sessions.
- 2 sessions per week, Mondays and Wednesdays 6.15am
- Convenient Bayside location with plenty of public parking.
- Small group so all participants receive personal attention.
- Suitable for all fitness levels.
- Mix of Strength, High Intensity and body weight training styles.
- All you need to get you moving, fit and ready for Summer!
